The School Care Team partners with you in a way that’s personal, practical, and impactful.

We start by listening to your team—understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within your community.

Together, we then craft strategies that align with your goals, using proven methods and fresh ideas to meet the needs of your students, staff, and families. While every program is customized to fit your unique needs we follow a Four Phase Process that ensures we have shared understanding of the current state and a path and strategy for how to achieve the desired state.

PHASE 1:
WHERE ARE WE NOW?

This phase involves determining the current state of a culture through focus groups, surveys, and interviews. We gather comprehensive insights to understand the existing dynamics, challenges, and strengths within your organization.

PHASE 2:
WHERE DO WE WANT TO GO?

We then use data collected from the Define phase to identify the most immediate challenges, develop targeted strategies, and select champions of change. These champions help rally enthusiasm and support from others to drive positive cultural transformation.

PHASE 3:
LET’S GET TO WORK!

Programs are carefully curated based on specific needs and are customized when necessary to ensure they effectively promote positive change. This tailored approach maximizes the impact and relevance of the initiatives for the community.

PHASE 4:
HOW DID THINGS GO?

Data insights, collected throughout the process, are analyzed to shape a strategic approach for the following year, ensuring continuous improvement.
